I BROKE MY PHONE. D;

So, sorry if I haven’t called/texted back if we’ve been talking.

Still answering tons of messages! I will get to all of them, I promise.

Ask if you want to talk.

<3

Ask me stuff?

I have some free time at work for once. :D

I also added caps to the ends of the neck support pegs…

By the way,
USE THESE INSTEAD OF A SAW
IF YOU EVER NEED TO CUT PVC.
Yeah. I should have just bought them to begin with. They were like $13.

Before/after.

Although the insulation prevents the guitars from slipping,

this still provides a lot of extra security.

When I originally planned this out,
I forgot to include a lift on one side of the base,
so I did that today…

I used:
Three 45” (for the length of the base and support pipe in the back)
Four 12” (for the height (two on each side))
Two 8” (for the width of the base)
Two 7” (*for the last two guitar slots)
Nine 6” (*for the first three guitar slots, and the neck support pegs)
Four 4” (for the front that touches the ground, and the front and back on the bottom that connects to the base)
Four 2” (for the back that touches the ground, and between the elbow and tee joints on both corners)
It ended up being about 29” in height, almost 24” wide, and 48” long.
*Referring to the spacer pipes between each peg, where the neck will sit.

HEY!

Yeah. It’s finally done. :D

Super easy, and only took about… overall an hour and a half.

Materials:

Two 3/4” X 10’ PVC40 pipes

Four 3/4” X 2’ PVC40 segments

Fourteen 3/4” tee joints

Six 3/4” elbow joints

Three 3/4” (copper) X 6’ rubber pipe insulation strips

(Cost me about $35 in total at Home Depot.)

Basically, I drew out a diagram, decided on some measurements (which I’ll post next), cut the PVC, filed the ends (because as you can see in the pictures, if you’re using a hacksaw, you’re going to have a whole lot of shredding and flakes and shit), put it all together, then wrapped the pipes that the guitars would be resting on (and the support bar, since I had some extra) with the insulation.

Despite my insane agenda this week,

I was able to get the supplies to build my guitar rack. FINALLY. So, pictures later. :D

Yeah.

Yeah.

So, I’ve had a really really really terrible week,
and I apologize for not responding (if we’ve been talking),
I’ve literally had no time until now to deal with anything concerning my personal life.
Anyways…
I got this yesterday. It helped bring back some of my optimism.
Hope it does the same for any of you.
